Before giving us a call, there are a few easy steps you may wish to take to prepare your vehicle for removal. Ask one of our service and sales reps if your car needs to be prepped before removal. Depending upon the condition of the car, you may need to do a few of the following things:

• Drain the gas tank, coolant, oil and other fluids. Of course, this doesn’t apply to repairable vehicles or those which are still operable.
• Remove trash and personal items from the vehicle. Once the car is gone, it’s gone. We do our best to return items of sentimental value to customers, but there’s no guarantee that you’ll get your personal items back if they’re hauled off with your junk vehicle.
• Remove the spare tire, as there is normally a 4 tire limit on junk vehicles. This rule applies to junk cars. Ask our customer service representatives if you need to get your spare tire out of the car before it’s removed from your property.
• Gather any paperwork you might have on the car. While it isn’t always necessary to hand over the title on a junk car, if it’s newer than ten years old, some sort of paperwork may be required. Bring any paperwork questions to the attention of customer service.
